Raja Impex Pvt Ltd. organizes courses for unemployed women from rural and semi urban backgrounds to equip them for working as skilled stitching machine operators in the knitwear industry. The purpose of this workshops is to reduce the scarcity of migrant in the Ludhiana Knitwear cluster, and tap new source for skilled stitching machine operators, to increase the productivity of the industry. These women are taught working on all kinds of stitching machines used in Ludhiana Knitwear industry. After the conclusion of a course, these women are successfully placed in the industry.These courses help in giving many a women a decent source of earning for themselves and their families.
